The Endless Search: Those Perfect Interior Details

One of our strengths over the years has been bringing the perfect details, materials, and designs to our projects. We get to know our clients and their style, then seek out the perfect details that reflect them so every project is distinctive and special. Our new website gives us the opportunity show you our commitment to originality and our knack for searching out the unique and the unusual.  Here are the stories behind two of our featured projects. Kathy Corbet learns about her client's styles and designs the right details to reflect them

A recent trip to The Greenbrier inspired our client to bring some of that luxurious style into her own home.  The trellis wallpaper in the powder room made such a strong statement that we decided it would be stunning to feature an introduction to it in the vaulted ceiling of the vestibule, executed by Diane Williams of Art to Di For.

From Lighting Challenged to Clean Kitchen Style

A unique twist on kitchen lighting designed by Kathy Corbet

Old homes are quirky.  When the demolition on this kitchen was done we learned that recessed lighting was not possible.  We came up with a “twist” on track lighting and imported subtle glass pendants from Canada to get the lighting we needed along with a clean, modern look.
