15 Jul Imagine That: The New Kathy Corbet Website, Concept to Completion
Have you seen our new website yet? We worked with Chris Fullman of Antimatter Co. to update it earlier this year. In the midst of our makeover, we decided it was time to demonstrate how we can use technology to help you visualize our designs in your space.
We call this type of interior designing with technology Concept to Completion. Before committing to anything, we can show you what your new space will look like. It helps you to really imagine what your new space will look like and get excited about the choices we make together! Here are some examples of how it works.
Window Treatments
When designing window treatments, we can add fabric and show you what it will look like in your room. In this room, we were able to demonstrate how a lighter window treatment would lighten the space and make it feel brighter and more pulled together.
Custom Furniture
We can also design custom furniture in 3D. Not only does it allow our clients to really see what our design intent is, it also ensures our furniture makers to know exactly what we want.
Glass Wall Staircase
In the framing stage for this stairwell, it first seemed like we would be lose any chance for natural light. Then, we had an idea to add a glass wall. By leveraging technology, we were able to show both the client and the builder how it could work. Through collaboration, we solved the engineering challenges virtually, eliminating costly on-site mistakes.
